How do I get my purchase?
Straight after you pay, your thank-you page shows your links. Apps open in your browser and can be added to your home screen. Printables download as PDF files.
Do the apps work on my phone?
Yes. They work on any phone, tablet or computer, and keep working offline after the first open.
I lost my link. What now?
Use “Find my order” at the bottom of any page with your email and order number, or message us.
How do the app subscriptions work?
Apps are monthly or yearly subscriptions. Cancel any time from “Manage subscription” at the bottom of every page, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Can I get a refund?
If a file or app doesn’t work for you, message us within 14 days and we’ll fix it or refund you.
